Die smart Helios GmbH entwickelt digitale Lösungen für Patienten und ist ein Spin-off der Helios Kliniken, Europas führendem privaten Krankenhausbetreiber. Erstes Produkt ist das Patientenportal hello, das Patienten den Online-Zugriff auf ihre Behandlungsdokumente aus Krankenhaus oder der Arztpraxis (MVZ) erlaubt.

Neben dem Hauptsitz in Berlin werden im Hamburger Büro medizinische Inhalte für die digitalen Anwendungen patientengerecht aufgearbeitet. Zu smart Helios gehört der Accelerator helios.hub, der sich seit August 2015 zu einem zentralen Anlaufpunkt für innovative Digital Health Start-ups entwickelt hat.

Dein Aufgabengebiet umfasst:
  • Entwicklung und Validierung von Ideen für neue Produkte und –Features mittels Produkt Discovery Methoden.
  • Definition der strategischen Produkt roadmap.
  • Konzeption von Produkten und Features in Form von User Stories (Definition von Akzeptanzkriterien)
  • Koordination der Stakeholder, Verwaltung des Product Backlogs sowie Erstellung von Roadmaps
  • Kollaboratives Arbeiten mit dem Technikteam in einem agilen Umfeld.
Dein Profil:
  • Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium oder vergleichbare Ausbildung
  • Erfahrung als Product Owner für agile Entwicklungsteams.
  • Begeisterung für die agile Softwareentwicklung und fundierte Erfahrung im Einsatz von Methoden wie Scrum, Kanban, Design Thinking, Lean Canvas.
  • Erfahrungen mit Jira und Confluence.
  • Analytisches Denkvermögen sowie strategisches und prozessorientiertes Denken und Handeln.
  • Einsatzbereitschaft, Teamfähigkeit, Kommunikationssicherheit.
  • Sehr gute Englisch-und Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.

Responsibilities
  • Uncover user needs through design research, and turn these insights and requirement into product and/or service concepts with a clear story.
  • Develop solid UX concepts, including the definition of customer needs and task analysis, and the creation of storyboards, scenarios, user flows and use cases.
  • You are a systems thinker with exceptional interaction design skills: you craft how people will interact with our products and services and can scale these across multiple platforms.
  • Work closely with the rest of the design and product teams to drive product experience strategy.
What we’re seeking
  • You have at least 7 years of professional working experience in service- or user experience design, designing digital products and services and have experience from initial problem-framing to implementation.
  • You have a MA/MSc/BFA/BA degree in a related field, preferably in design or Human-Computer Interaction.
  • You have been the creative lead for web and mobile products, that are part of larger ecosystems and accessible across multiple platforms.
  • You have the ability to think strategically and creatively.
  • The ability to explain design rationale in person and in written format, and can present to different levels of the organization.
  • The ability to quickly shift to the right tools for the problem at hand – storyboarding, sketching, wireframing, and interactive prototyping as necessary.
  • Balancing being values-driven (learning to work together well) and results-driven (shipping products).
  • Taking ownership, self-organised, self-reliant.
  • Collaborative team-player and thrive on self-improvement.
  • Keen on working within a multi-disciplinary environment.

  • Collaborate with product management and engineering to define the product UI experience, and execute all visual design stages to final hand-oto engineering.
